Dòng S3900 là thiết bị chuyển mạch 10GE thế hệ mới được BDCOM giới thiệu. Thiết bị hướng đến mạng IP MAN (mạng đô thị), mạng chính phủ và doanh nghiệp, quán cà phê Internet và môi trường làm việc không cần ổ đĩa. Thiết bị được phát triển dựa trên phần cứng hiệu suất cao và nền tảng phần mềm BDROS với quyền sở hữu trí tuệ độc lập của BDCOM.
